Today marks a big milestone for the European pinball manufacturer Dutch Pinball. Over a decade ago the Company revealed its first game, The Big Lebowski to the public. Today, it built the very last lower playfield bowling alley for the game. With Lebowski production coming to an end, the production line will shift over to the next game, Dutch Pinball Exclusive's Alice's Adventures in Wonderland.
A couple of days ago, Dutch shared pictures of cabinet decals for the game being printed on social media. As I mentioned in my previous article, production for the game has been delayed slightly. Dutch said that it expects machines to be on the line in the second half of February.
Dutch has done a code "overhaul" on Alice since its public debut at last year's Chicago Pinball Expo. This includes a number of new callouts, animations, light shows and audio. Use of the game's upper playfield has been increased significantly in the updated code as well. Alice's Wizard Mode is complete and it will be included on games when they ship. Work will continue on the game's code throughout the year.

For his latest project, Azuma link has partnered with Grand Seiko to make a floral sculpture in his Tokyo studio inspired by link watches from the company's Japan Seasons Collection: A botanical sculpture referencing wristwatches that themselves reflect back to nature. link Though Azuma's "Art of Time" sculpture no longer lives on, its making was documented in the photographs you see here.
