Earlier today a European pinball parts retailer named the Ministry of Pinball briefly had an ad up for a new kit that lets people remake the super popular 1990 Williams pinball machine FunHouse before taking it down. The kit is called "Funhouse 2.0 Rudy's Nightmare." According to what I have seen so far, the kit comes with an alternate backglass, a custom speaker panel, a mini-display for the playfield, a pinsound board for new game callouts and music, new pinblades and a new Fast Pinball board possibly with new rules?
This reminds me a lot of the Bride of Pinbot 2.0 kits that Dutch Pinball was selling (I recently heard that Dutch is going to start producing BOP 2.0 Kits again BTW). In the ad below, the box that the FunHouse kit comes in says “Pedretti" at the top. Pedretti is an Italian company that has an agreement with the Bally Williams license-holder Planetary Pinball to produce and sell parts and mods for classic games like Theatre of Magic, Scared Stiff, etc… Pedretti is also manufacturing entire Alien pinball machines for Pinball Brothers. See the pics of the Pedretti banner ad on the Planetary Pinball site, some of their BW mods and Aliens on the line at their factory below.
If anyone has any additional information on this, please share. Thanks!
