This morning, Jersey Jack Pinball informed its dealers that it has no more inventory of Elton John Platinum pinball machines at its factory in Elk Grove Village, Illinois. JJP does still have some inventory of Elton John Collectors Edition machines, but it's stock of that is getting low.
If the demand warrants, it is possible that JJP would do another run of Elton John Platinum in the future but there is currently no firm plan to do so.

I figured that I'd share this for those of you who aren't on Pinball Brothers' e-mail distribution list. Yesterday it sent out an update on the game to the people who are on that list. I have included the text of it below.
One interesting aspect of it is I believe that this is the first time the company has mentioned the original movie's star in any capacity. Specifically the faux movie poster included in the e-mail says:
"A brutal wide body game based on the iconic movie featuring Arnold Schwarzenegger."
I have not heard specifically either way, but I am guessing at this point that the game probably does not have Arnold in it and that the player is supposed to be the character that he plays in the movie, Dutch Schaefer, in the game. Sort of like how Alien did not have the rights to Sigourney Weaver's character Ellen Ripley when it first came out. Again I do not know this for certain though. We'll find out for sure next Wednesday.
Below is the rest of the text from the e-mail.
"You’ve waited. You’ve speculated. You’ve watched every teaser frame like it was encoded with secrets (some were) … but now the release date is finally official! Say ”knock knock” to June 18, the day the wait ends, and the hunt begins!
This is a jungle-scorching, adrenaline-pumping tribute to one of the most iconic action films of all time. The Predator pinball drops you into the heart of the jungle, where the heat is rising, the tension is real, and survival depends on skill, instincts, and split-second decisions. This is a full-contact, adrenaline-loaded pinball experience."
"THE PREDATOR INTEL
It’s a Jungle War Wide-Body
3 X flippers
Interactive choppa with physical ball lock
Interactive and attacking Predator
Ol’Painless minigun that spins and shoots with muzzle flashes
Truck and rebel camp with exploding light show
Fully lit and interactive Yautja Apron display
Predator icon cut out black stealth trims
And much more ...
The Predator Pinball will be available with a "Trophy Package” incl. ”Starry Green Metallic" Jungle warfare trims, and lots of other ammunition."

Minutes ago Lior from The Art of Pinball announced that Melvin Brouwer-Williams of Dutch Pinball Exclusive is now a part owner of his company. This almost certainly means continued use of Art of Pinball sculpts in future DPX games.

Finally, here's a quick look at a bunch of Evil Deads headed out the door from the Spooky Pinball factory in Benton, Wisconsin.
"A sea of boxed up Evil Dead's with toppers ready to go! Call that the Dead Sea 🌊💀"

If theres no Arnold on the front with no shirt on i'm out
You can bet not many EJ PEs were made since it sold so poorly. It was not but six months ago, JJP was trying to dump them at a discount. They still are everywhere for sale!
