Looking Forward to 2026 at Stern Pinball

I think that we've put together a pretty good roadmap of what we should expect to see from Stern Pinball for the rest of 2025...
We likely will have a Jaws 50th Anniversary Edition machine in June
Followed by some sort of Remake in the fall, whether it is The Walking Dead Remastered (I still think that it's that) or TRON
Then the mystery Star Wars cornerstone game by John Borg
That takes us all the way up to the first cornerstone game from Stern in 2026 (man it's so weird saying that, it sounds like the future. Well it is in the future, but it sounds like it's way, way in the future with flying cars, laser guns and stuff lol). It seems to be conventional wisdom at this point that the Stern cornerstone game #1 of 2026 will be based on the Japanese trading card / video game / cartoon series Pokémon.
Most people think at this point that the designer for Stern's Pokémon pinball machine will be Jack Danger. Well, I have now heard from several independent sources that the game will actually be designed by the GOAT aka Keith Elwin. That's just a rumor right now, but I believe it to be true. We'll see.

It is hard to put into words how much I want this to happen. A Pokémon pinball machine with the power of Insider Connected… the possibilities!
I can only hope this is true. After being a Pokemon fan since I was about 10, this would be an instant LE purchase for me and my family. Love it.
Of course it’s true Elwin on Pokémon. He’s the monster maker. Makes sense he’s the one making another game about monsters. Good job Jason!
