Good morning and Happy Friday everyone! Yesterday I shared a distant picture of Homepin’s new Blues Brother prototype pinball machine from the GTI Arcade Show in Taipei, Taiwan. This morning, courtesy of the awesome Pinball Enthusiasts Facebook group I have a few closer pictures of the game, including a shot of the playfield.
Homepin also shared a picture of the flyer for the game that it was handing out at the show (see below). The headline of the brochure calls the game
“THE WORLDS FIRST open source software
PINBALL MACHINE”
And goes on to say “Join the dedicated online forum * and share software updates and game changes with other enthusiasts”
Other details in the flyer include that the game is Arduino-based, contains a knocker and it has the “lowest RRP of any pinball machine on the market today.”

With black tachymeter bezels and the choice of panda or reverse panda dials, they channel the golden age of sport watches while providing a solid, modern, unmistakable Rolex-Tudor build across the board – case, pushers, bracelet, and clasp. If I put on my personal Black Bay Fifty-Eight after not link wearing it for a while, I often think that it could be a more link expensive watch if someone in Geneva wanted it link to be. The quality feels obvious. These new watches also convey that sense.
This is the guy who said he isn’t selling to pinball people, right? Mission accomplished with whatever that thing is. Good god…
Wow, mechanical knocker though
game looks great 10/10
I don't understand the point of showing off a non-working prototype that doesn't even have a final playfield design or plastics in it.
