A cool new mod for American Pinball's Legends of Valhalla is coming soon in very limited quantities, 3D Serpent and Wolf aka Jormungandr and Fenrir plastic replacements. These resin 3D printed, hand painted works of art are meant to replace the sling plastics on the game.
Only 50 sets of this mod will be made. Produced by CFES, they will be available for pre-order through the Tilt Graphics website:
Pricing and the release date of the set has not been announced yet. Pictures of the prototype of the mod are below. These things will look awesome with the other sculpts on the Deluxe Edition of the game.
On a related note, American Pinball announced this afternoon that they have released a code update for Legends of Valhalla that includes the following changes:
Added tournament mystery award selection
Spinner flasher changed into both a GI spot lamp/feature lamp
Incremental scoring for War on Land battles, Rampage and Viking Multiball
Allowed a second visit to Valhalla
Some bug fixes and changes as well
