Temporary Reduction in EU Tariffs Moves Up Dutch Pinball's Alice Shipments to U.S.

According to a Dutch Pinball post on Pinside, as a result of the temporary reduction in the U.S. tariff rate for the EU, which I believe went from 20% to 10% for a 90-Day period, the Company has changed its plan to build only games for Europe first.

After an initial batch of games is built for Dutch customers, such as the one that went to the Dutch Pinball Museum that I highlighted in my last post, DPX will produce a batch of games that is destined for the United States.

The U.S. production run will include games for all three of the company's distributors in the country.

It appears to me as though any U.S. customer who takes delivery of their Alice's Adventures in Wonderland from this initial batch will have to pay a 10% tariff surcharge, which on the $10,995 game appears to amount to an additional $938 according to a Cointaker invoice that someone shared.
