Walkthrough of the Delaware Pinball Collective; Game of the Day

The summer months are usually pretty quiet for the arcade and pinball hobbies, news-wise. The lack of earthshaking news doesn't mean that we can't still talk about fun stuff here though, we just need to shift gears a little bit. On Friday I shared to huge rumors articles. I have a few more rumors up my sleeve that I may pull out later this week, but for now let's take a good old-fashioned Arcade Road Trip.

Over the years, I have been on many sports-related road trips with my sons' lacrosse teams. While on these trips, I've done write-ups on locations up and down the East Coast of the United States, from as far north as the Silverball Saloon in Rochester, NY to as far south as MOM's Organic in College Park, Maryland...both of which have since moved to new locations.

Well, on Friday my high school Junior and I took off on what will likely be the last of these high school sports-related trips ever. The last club lacrosse trip of the season brought us to Wilmington, Delaware. Funny enough, coincidentally my wife booked my son and I a hotel room that was literally an eight minute drive from the amazing Delaware Pinball Collective. I couldn't have planned it better myself.

So on Friday night, the folks at the collective were kind enough to let my son and I stop by and sneak in a couple of hours of pinball...and tons of pictures of course :)

The Delaware Collective is absolutely thriving. It now has over 140 active memberships, representing approximately 300 individual people...up from 110 in 2024. This is the fourth consecutive year of member growth, with the Collective's 5-year anniversary coming up on January 1st, 2026.

As you can see in my pictures below, despite the strong membership numbers, the club never feels crowded when I go. The only time it gets really packed is when it holds its awesome tournaments.

According to the incomparable pinballmap.com , DPC (I got tired of writing that out lol) currently has 69 machines on the floor. This doesn't get into its extra tournament area that is also packed with games. They always seem to have the latest stuff, from Spooky Pinball's Evil Dead to Stern's King Kong. Below is a complete list of the games:
